Hello everyone, my name is Thomas, I am 45 years old and come from Germany. I have rediscovered the hobby about ten years ago. I started with the Carrera160 and came quickly to the size of 1:32. I am interestet in Formula One until 1970, so I learned about the german "1:32 Scratchbuilt slotcar forum" Taffy know. I take part in its "Classic Formula Days" racing series since five years. About Taffy I came in contact with Mark Huber, who invited me to this year's proxy Race. I am pleased and I am extremely proud to take part in it. My race car is a 1967 Brabham Repco with Jack Brabham at the wheel. I will introduce this car in the next few days here in the forum. Who wants to see some of my scratch build cars, can look at it here under my Username Tommek: scratchbuilt.iphpbb3.com/forum/portal.php?nxu=94048463nx42111Excuse my English, is a mixture of learned and Google translator :-) Regards, Thomas

Welcome Thomas,
Taffy had also sent me a few pictures of your F1 cars via email, and I am very impressed with your work.
We are very glad that you participating in the GPd2014 proxy series this year. I am really looking forward to seeing your 1967 Brabham-Repco. A BT24?
best regards,
