Lovely job as always, Chris. As much as I might be OK at making the masters, when it comes to building them I'm not so hot and you cleverly never say how you put the thing together. I'm trying to do just that right now and cannot see a way of getting a gear in there without cutting most of the stuff at the back away, which I'd rather not do.
Chris, I have to admit I have visited this page often and regret I have not left any comments - probably because I have been so over-awed by this incredible build of yours and always left a bit speechless after viewing! It is simply amazing and you have created a true masterpiece here.
On seeing this a few months ago inspired me to a) join the Formula 1-32 scratchbuild forum, and b) order a pair of Lotus 25's from Mel Ault. You are quite correct - Mel has created a stunning replica of this amazing racing car. Your attention to detail and ability to assemble everything so cleanly and neatly is a unique talent, thank you for sharing all these amazing photos of the Lotus 25 R-4 on the Forum.
