Attempts at continuing/resuming wheel manufacture has now regrettably ceased.
The last few months have been spent sorting out the remainder of parts in an effort to ascertain what i will need for my own builds, and what will be excess to my needs.
The sale of wheels pretty much ceased once my machinist stopped supplying turned parts. I did have some hubs made at an increased cost of 300% to complete a large number of kits (since sold) and am now making further parts to complete further kits.
Several sets of Mercedes wheels will be completed once the rear wheel centres have been made. Expected cost will be £36 for standard wheel sets and £38 for those with large rears. Numbers are estimated at a maximum of 16 sets, then no more.
A lesser number of Auto Union will be available. again, these will be the last.
At some time in the future a small number of MG K3 and Alfa wheels will be available.
Steering wheels are still available.
Bonnet straps are in the pipeline, as are both Ferrari and Maserati type bonnet clips. Possibly Auto Union too.
Peter, even though I was never able to use your wheels, I'd like to thank you for providing such a wonderful product these past few years. Specialty items like your wheels add so much to our hobby. I can never help but smile whenever I see your wheels on a car - from what I've seen, they can turn a very nicely built car into a masterpiece. I would think they must be the best slot car wheels ever made.

The change of direction is now a little different.
Many will have seen that I have had a number of various decals made. Initially done as a potentially continuously available part, the limited interest means that the decals are now a limited addition.
These are not litho printed, but are instead computer printed at 600DPI. Thus, they are not to the standard of RTR tampo printing, nor to the standard (in some ways) of what I would call 'proper' litho printed products.
The standard 'post-war'' sheet is probably of more interest to the sports car builder, with the following included.
2 x Austin Healey winged 'nose' badges. 2 x Aston Martin winged 'nose ' badges 8 x Ferrari shields 4 x Ferrari 'nose' badges 2 x NART badges 2 x Cobra badges 2 x 'Powered by Ford' badges. 2 x post 1952 MG radiator badges.
The standard 'pre-war' sheet mostly applies to racing cars.
6 x Bugatti radiator badges 2 x Alfa Romeo badges up to 1925 4 x Alfa romeo badges from 1925. 2 x Alfa romeo Trifoglio badges (1925 only) 4 x Alfa Romeo Quadrifoglio badges (1925 on, two versions) 2 x Ferrari shields 2 x pre-1952 MG radiator badges.
Each sheet is priced at £2.00 plus postage at cost.
