Lovely track and good use of space and old Scalextric buildings. Shows you don't need much landscaping to give the impression of a very well finished layout. Regards Nigel

Absolutely right Nigel.
The circuit looks wonderful Taffy, please congratulate Peter. Its really inspiring me to get on with landscaping my circuit - but I must finish the VRAA cars first! Do you know where Peter got the background scenery along the sides of the circuit, please? I imagine they're railway backgrounds but they look particularly good.
Best Regards
David

Thank you for your kind comments!
We had a great race event last sunday there and it was so much fun!
David, I have written Peter and asked him about the backscene, and as far as I have an answer, I will tell it here. All what I know so far is, that it was a birthday present from a friend....

David, I have got informations about the backscene: It is the picture of a real landscape, formatted and printed in an online-photoshop. As Peter has told me, it was a birthday present, but one of the more expensive ones. He thinks, it was about 100,- EUR....
Kind regards,

Thanks Taffy. Well worth it I would say; it looks really good. I think it will have to be something from the model railway scenery catalogue for me.
Best Regards
David

Taffy Another "wow" circuit - great flow and the backdrop of the English countryside (?) is amazing. Very envious of you racing the 60-70's era - good choice!
