There were probably no more than 10-12 GP cars made by Delage in the 1923-1927 period and two of them are up for sale..... 1923 2LCV 2litre (V12). In the late 20s this car was re-engined with a Hispano Suiza Aero engine an 11,762cc V8. Raced a few times and used on the road, it became derelict after being bought for the engine. The car was recently built up after replacement parts including the HS engine were sourced to replace those missing. Price on application. 1926/7 15S8 1500cc (straight 8). Identity vague. At present fitted with a blown 1500cc Offenhauser engine. Curiously one picture shows a headlamp! Not road legal here in its present alcohol burning set-up...... €185,000. Peter.

Very tempting, but I'd need to re-mortgage my home to bid on those and I think the wife would have something to say about that....
