I'm loathe to throw anything away, so if I have to make 40% of the parts to complete a wheel kit, that is what i will do. The following wheel kits are thus for sale.
19" Alfa P3. One of the many wheels fitted to this car, this set has 70 spokes per wheel (28/28/14), and has 5.5mm rear rims and 5mm front rims. 'Rolled' rims, rather than razor edged. They use up a pair of early 8C front wheel centres which are for 1/16" axle (glued) fitting. The rears are 3/32" grub screw fitting.
19" Mercedes W125/W154, standard 84 spoke (28+56) with 5.5mm rims rear and 4.5mm rims front. 3/32" fitting all round, rears grub screw, fronts to be glued. The front wheel centres have machined brake drum detailing, and the kits can be supplied with etched 'drilled' brake drums at no extra cost.
19" Auto Union C/D type, standard 70 spoke (28+42) with 5.5mm rims rear and 4.5mm rims front. 3/32" fitting all round, rears grub screw, fronts to be glued. The front wheel centres have machined brake drum detailing.
Each kit is priced at £38 plus postage.
There are also 2 sets of Alfetta wheels at £34 per kit plus postage.
There are now no longer enough parts to justify completion of further wheel 19" kits. More 18" will appear in due course.
Peter.

Hi Peter,
Due to carelessness on my part, I've always missed out on your fantastic wheels in the past. But as I'm finally building a pre-war car, it's time to seize the opportunity! May I please reserve a set of the Mercedes wheels with the drilled brake drums? They will go perfectly with the ERA E-Type I'm building, whose designer Peter Berthon was apparently inspired by the Mercedes W154.

No Mercedes left. One set of Alfetta not spoken for. The AU rims will probably now be Mercedes (spoken for).
Update once I've sorted out what I have........
Peter.
