Hi there, I need your help!
I have an old, but complete Airfix kit of the Ford racing transporter ("Ford Tractor & 40´Trailer", Kit Nr.16401-4), but unfortunately, I have no assembly instruction for that kit.
Is there anybody of you, who owns this kit, too, and who could mail me this instruction?
Kind regards, Taffy

Taffy, I'm checking with some sources outside of the internet, as I am sure you have done a thorough search on the web. I'll let you know if I find anything. But I AM surprised that a modeler of your caliber actually need instructions! Cheers

Thank you for your answers!
No, I didn´t know this Airfix-forum before! I will try that.
If you could use any contacts beside the WWW, Mark, that might be very helpful. And yes, sometimes I need instructions :-)

Well, I learned a few things. However I'm not sure any of it will help you locate those missing instructions! This kit was also sold by a company called Entex. Entex was a California based toy company that imported its plastic models from a variety of Japanese manufacturers. I believe that Entex went out of business before these kits were sold as Airfix models in the 1980s. cs.scaleautomag.com/sca/general_discussion/f/3/p/78122/805056.aspx#805056Here's a picture of a Ferrari Transporter kit under the Entex name: www.hollandplasticmodelkits.nl/Invoegen/entexinsert.htmNow, in the event that you want TWO of those trucks, all it would take is another Euro 199.99 ! (I'm assuming since the write up says the kit is factory sealed.. this one has a set of instructions!).

Try sending a message to Matt Biederman who frequents this site. I know he has a Ferrari kit and should be able to help you out

Thank you again! @moose: I have send a PN to Matt an hope, he will read and answer it. mark: yes, that´s the car I mean. My kit is an Airfix´one, but I have heard the name "Entex transporter" before. My home track will be too small for two of these Dinosaurs, so I hope, I will get these papers without another set of plastic parts....:-) Kind regards, Taffy

Taffy,
If it can help you, I have the Ferrari transporter. If you need a scan of the instructions, I can do it. Just send me a message on f.mathiot@free.fr and I'll do it.
