Thanks Nigel. I wish you a very happy holiday. I still don't quite understand if folks in Australia have to put any hours in their offices as they seem to have very long leaves! Well, at least compared to Americans who are pretty much slave labor (except for the 1%, but I won't go there). I made a buc using Chemical Metal mix poured into the original windscreen. This stuff hardens very quickly and of course doesn't adhere to plastic. I then sawed the buc down the middle removing about 2.5mm, glued it back together and pressed a slimmer windscreen in my little Mattel vac u form. My thanks to Dave Jones for the tip on Chemical Metal! I haven't trimmed the new screen, but if it needs a redo, I can always make a new buc in an hour or so. Trial fit .. I'm still waiting for the order to arrive with the wheel/tires I'll be using front and rear, but it appears that most of the stuff so far will fit... we'll see what happens when I add a rear bulkhead and faux gearbox.
