Andi, there are indeed some great pictures. I notice that the car seems to have plastic rims and then further down some alloy ones are shown. They come standard on plastic?

Hi John Yes standard on plastic. As do all Slot.it cars these days I believe. They are not normal injection moulded pieces however. Specially made to be very round and very tight unlike other manufacturers. The car should be fine with them until people want to start taking it apart and fettling. Then the aluminium ones are rather more desireable.
If you want my advice i'd buy the car the rear wheels and a set of F22 tyres to put on them. But I don't want to look like i'm trying to sell anything too hard.....
Best wishes Andi

Finally,
I have my hands on one of of these beauties! Has it been worth the wait? Yes, indeed. I have a 1/43rd replica of this car which cost more, quite a bit more than the Policar and I can honestly say the slot car is better.
Frustratingly, I won't be able to run it for a while as HPSCC is closed over the festivities, but if it goes a fraction as good as it looks, it will fly.
Many thanks to all involved with this project.I am not exaggerating when I say this is the best mass produced slot car I have ever seen. Can't wait for the Walker car!
Merry Christmas to all and here's to a great 2016 for slotters everywhere-whatever you race. TED....
