Those crazy Americans, any ideas guys, did it run against Coopers etc, or was is just a dream for the future?  The racing car version of a 60's Cadillac? Couldn't have raced it, no numbers! |

It looks more likely to have been built for a film than a race track.

This is a styling study for GM, a CERV I or II. It seems to be on a demonstration run at Riverside Raceway in early 60s. It wasn't really meant for racing.
