Howdy All, I was invited by Beardog to check out this group. I have been building models for 50+ years now and began my F1 focus in 1964 (Monaco GP on ABC's Wide World of Sports did it for me.) as a BRM/G. Hill fan and eventually a rabid Ferraristi. I have always been interested in the 1.5 liter years mainly, but the early 3 liter years is a fascinating time also. I build 1/24 static models, some from injection molded slot bodies and some from Hong Kong toys. At the moment I am working on a 1/24 De Tomaso typo181 and a 1/12 HK toy of a Ferrari 158/64 GP car. the 1/12 car seems to be a pantographed Cox slot body. I happen to love this car and have made some examples... and I'm working on a 1/24 typo1512, too! I like the fact that you 1/32 guys build accurate slot cars and I'm enjoying searching the site for reference photos. Now as to how you can help me...I'm looking for 1/24 bodies of a BRM P43 or other interesting 1.5 liter cars. Fiberglass or plastic is fine. Any ideas? Here's some more conversions of interest... Thanks Beardog for the invite! Rossa156
