This is my second build, really getting into building these cars. Ok now I think I know some of the differences between a 18/21, and a 21, therefore the edit and title change.
Thanks for help guys.
Things I don't like are the mirrors they look too large and clunky for these cars.
Biggest problem for me is gluing the windshield on.

Welcome. Your detailing is first rate. I've found that G-S Hypo cement works very well for attaching windscreens. It forms a very strong bond and doesn't cloud the clear plastic. Is that a Lotus 21 or the interim 18/21?

Thanks for the tip Mark.
I believe it's a 21, but then I'm very new to this with much to learn.

I believe it's a 21, but then I'm very new to this with much to learn. Well surprise, surprise, there is a Lotus 21 in Reg Parnell Bowmaker colours, it's a modern repaint, and is a 18/21 (note Lotus 18 outboard shock/springs), but here it is: Just to confuse things even more, here is another Lotus 21 (inboard springs), in Blue and Red, but someone put Lola bodywork on it. These are Lola Mk 4's, note the completely different suspension layout.

The front cowling on the 18/21 is slightly different from the 21 as well.. trust Chris to throw in a couple pictures of the Lola Mk 4 just to make things a bit more complicated..

Hmm very confusing lol......So with the front shocks visible it's a 18/21.
That would explain a lot, when I researched Lotus 21 pics, some had the front shocks exposed, and others did not.
I'm building a Lotus 21 for the VRAA 2014-15 season using #23 mainly because Neville Lederle's nephew told me he raced using that number.

Not this car Chris, but guess I will need to do more research on my VRAA car.
I guess that's a whole new thread.

I believe this is the car Geno is modelling. Two period pick from the SA GP . This one of the restored car at Goodwood a few years ago. I can could not find referance to the No22 being used BUT some of the race results do not list car numbers. He only raced the car during late 62 and 63 so a search of SA race results for that period may find the answer. I did find the car ran with 9,20 and 28.
