A gentleman called Pascal is producing a Ferrari 246P and a BRM P-48, below is a photo of the Ferrari, it looks great, and has never been available before. They come complete with a 3-D printed chassis.

These cars competed in the 1960 season.

Voilà , aujourd'hui j'essaye de créer une nouvelle marque de kits en résine au 1/32e.
Les châssis en plastique seront imprimés en 3D depuis une poudre de polyamide, les carrosseries et accessoires moulés en résine.
Les pièces maîtresses seront réalisées en 3D. Aucune pièce mécanique avec le kit (pas de moteur, ni axes, ni jantes etc...).
Le prix de vente sera autour des 70 Euros.

Je prévois deux modèles pour commencer, une Ferrari 246P et une BRM P48 de 1960.

Je vous joins quelques photos.

En principe, le lancement serait pour début septembre via mon site internet actuellement en construction.

The driver and suspension detail is superb. I would certainly be interested in getting both.

Munter, have you built your kit yet? I ordered the Ferrari 246P and started working on it and cannot get a Slot It offset crown gear to fit between the double flanged bushings. Any suggestions?

Ken, could you remove material from the crown gear to narrow it? I use these Slot.it offset crowns. To reduce the width of the gear unit, I grind off material on both sides of the gear (the boss and the actual gear).

I bought the BRM only. I am sorry but I haven't built it yet.
I would also agree with Matt's idea...even thinning the back face.

Hi Ken

I've built both these cars and very good they are too - I keep meaning to post the final results. Yes I found the crown gear was a very tight fit in both cars. I did what Matt suggests and also trimmed a small amount of the resin from the inside face of the bush holders. Alternatively you could file down the inner face of the bushes. The bushes should be glued in place anyway so strength should not be compromised.
