Last update: The driver is done! Here is the car in comparison with my Exoto-1/18: Now to finish the Lotus the windscreen has to be glued and the mirrors have to be mounted. I´ll keep you updated..

Fantastic modeling Taffy. As much detail as a static model that is almost twice the size - and it moves! Moves with power and precision!

Love that car. I've spent the last week making the parts for this car inside the computer so that Policar can release it. The new parts needed for this model are; side pods, rear wing, oil tank and radiator combination, roll over bar and of course the front wings with end plates. Its taken me a while and i'm having the parts prototyped right now. They should be with me for Gaydon!
Cheers Andi

Matt, thank you very much for your kind words! But I have to say, that I wasn´t satisfied by the drivers head (too big, wrong shape of the helmet...), so I have guilotined him. I have to find another helmet... Andi, unfortunately I will not come to Gaydon this year, but Peter, the owner of WestWood Circuit will do! I think he will be pleased to hear these news!

As written above, the more I looked at the car, the more I didn´t like the drivers head and so I decided, to replace it. That´s the result: Cockpit is ready, windscreen is fixed… ...and here is the finished car! Best regards,
