Welcome Paul,
We have quite a few ausies on this board, so you may feel right at home. If you have questions regarding the modeling side please just ask away, this forum probably has the best in the business.
Again welcome.

Ah the first order, to Immense Miniatures, you'll be very happy with Marc's products, he's the best.

I seen a picture on another forum of a Immense miniature figure in an old Cox BRM, my eye kept getting drawn to the driver & not the car, well I just had to have some figures for myself after that

Hi Paul, it's good to have you join us.
As Chris suggests, there is a wealth of experience on this forum and the members will be happy to help.
We are of course, a diverse bunch of enthusiasts, as perhaps suggested in the forum description. Most, you will find, are quite dedicated to the 1.5L and 3L cars of the 1960's whereas the more sensible chaps embrace the earlier cars, the earlier the better. Oddly enough, my preference is for pre-war cars.
It's a pleasure and indeed a change for one who registers on this forum to join in straight away.
Welcome to our enthusiastic (and sometimes quite pedantic) group who I think all make a worthy contribution to the hobby.
I look forward to your first build thread......
Peter.
