Hi Andi Have you tried AB Slotsport abslotsport.biz? I would also suggest SCD www.chaskeelingscd.co.uk but I'm not sure whether they are still trading since the sad death of Chas Keeling. Best Regards David

Thanks both, I have emailed Chas's site email address.
The only ones on AB's site seems to be the solder together version which does not attract me. I prefer a single piece.
Cheers Andi

Mounting an S can (FC-130) in a brass bracket? ? you hope the motor is a can end drive and that there are some m2 screw holes to secure the power plant. No? What are you going to do folks? solder it in? glue it in? tie it in?

I like the AB Slotsport brackets for 2 reasons: They can be assembled with either a 0 or 1 mm offset and they are steel - easy to solder with the proper flux and, because steel is a poor conductor of heat, less likely to fall apart when soldering details like suspension parts on after assembly.
A hint to getting a good result: solder in the bearings before assembly and the clamp it up with an axle in place.

Yes, EM, I like them too.
I have only used the ones for the ff motors and in brass but as you say they are quite versatile.
