I tried them, but in comparison to flickr that i use i found flickr better on the following aspects (except if i missed something): -you upload and save a picture at maximum size but you share the size you choose from a list without affecting the original -you can rearrange the photos in an album -you can choose which photo will be the front page of the album -you can organize a,bums into groups

Chris i dare say that with the buckets new rule and costs associated to third party hosting , many of us will be looking for a new hosting site. Is there any particular site aside from the one you have mentioned in post 1 that works best with this forum. All the best Bob

So Postimage seems to be down and possibly "out". Chris, perhaps you might look into the idea of hosting photos on F132 for their use on F132? Even if there would be a small cost to all of us users? Stewart

Why a hosting site? You can post images directly from your computer. All the images on my MG R type thread (Styrene, but what is it?) are posted thus; you just click them if you want a bigger image.

You can add an atachment by going to the top righthand corner of your post, and clicking on "Add Attachment".
Upload your photo, and bob's your uncle.
It'll show a small version on your post, (like in some of Peter's posts) members can click on that and a larger version will appear.
If you original was small they'll see an identical small photo, and likewise if you photo is huge a very large image will appear. Like some of Peter's.
So if you have a photo adjusting program or site, it is alway a good idea to reduce the photo size to a managable size like: 650 by 480 pixels.
