I was looking for mid 60's resin body castings via Google when I came across this site. I must apologize of the Lotus 30 avatar, as I have no F1 scratch- builts as yet to display, but I wanted it to be at least somewhat relevant. There is some beautiful work displayed here between the threads. I hope I can do justice to the Half-Tons I just purchased from Mel Ault... Has anyone come seen an available 1/32 scale McLaren M2B? Yea, I know it was a dog, but still.....Val

Welcome Val.
Don't worry about the avatar, the forum may be for 1/32 scale GP, F1, Indy cars and general open-wheelers, but many on this forum have other interests.
Mel's bodies seem a popular choice, I look forward to seeing it appear on these pages sometime.
Welcome again, Peter.

First off hi Val, welcome to the forum, Alas there is no commercial shell of the Mclaren M2B. I've looked. Attached below is my scratch build of the Mclaren in progress, for an up-coming proxy race. More info at link below: f-one-thirty-two.proboards.com/thread/706/chris-wrights-mclaren-m2bThere is however a McLaren M5A GP Body Kit, being put together by Art at D'art hobbies, he said it would be available in April, but he is notoriously slow, here's a link: www.darthobbies.com/salt_mine.htm If you search this forums builds you'll also find a balsa quicky scratchbuild by Mr David Lawson, but again it's a one off. MY McLAREN, A WORK IN PROGRESS
